Well lets look at this logically - Patriots vs. Eagles. Now Patriots being solidiers from coloinal times would have guns or i guess those bb shooting toys called muskets and could probably shoot an eagle out of the sky. But since it takes so long to load a musket that gives an eagle pleanty of time to crap on his head and claw out his eyes. And besides, the eagle being a symbol of america the patriots should respect that and just lay down and die. Just my thoughts.

And besides, eagles almost weren't the national birdie........ it almost was a turkey.
