No thanks, only a dvd rental... maybe. Now Xmen 3 i would have liked to see... besides, Superman has no cool stuff like a car, or weapons, kinda boring.

Meh...it wasn't bad.
Enjoyable anyway.

Nice special effects and some good action.

Superman as a stalker was a little disturbing, but...hey..if you had xray vision, there's no telling what YOU'd do, right?

Please do not see X-Men 3 if you liked the first two. Save yourself for when the Wolverine movie comes out in 2008. X3 had a terribly written script, poor representation of characters, and lack of any substance what-so-ever.

I'm a big fan of anything Marvel, but Ratner f*%ked up.

superman 3..not bad!

storyline was good, if you follow DC comics.

But total Drama, few good Action scenes!

I'd rate it 8/10

Yeah, Superman 3 was alright, but the special effects in 1983 weren't that good. Superman 4 though, when it came out in '87, just plain sucked.

FINALLY a well informed opinion.

You X3 homo's might want to know that the dumb reject who directed X3 is a failure. I didn't even know this until after watching the movie, and I wasn't surprised at all, as seen from his pathetic work. The Superman Returns director is the original X-Men and X2 director. You can clearly tell the difference in quality b/w the first two and then the trash-rate 3rd one. Also, Superman was a frikin awesome movie...so yea, this guy knows what he's doing. He tends to have a VERY good mix of action, character development etc etc.

I can't beleive X3 had that part in it where iceman fights that fire-throwing dude near the end. holy , that was a pathetic "fight". Are we in grade three or something? That was so childishly executed.

This goes to show the mainstream public will swallow whatever you throw at it....

I just went and saw Superman last night in IMAX 3D and it was badass. I think Singer did a stand up job on this flick and it even had a good turn of events that I was definitely not expecting. Special effects were unbelievable and the 3D was like watching it unfold in real life right in front of you.
