haha well that was easy, yeah definitely had a stomach ache though. I had a clear plastic egg thing that was waterproof, and if you've seen the many pictures of my basement you know I have like 5 aquariums down there. Well, anyway, I put the ring in this waterproof clear egg that I had awhile ago, it was meant to hold diving goggles (used to have a pool at my old house). So I put the ring in there, and put it in my 90 gallon aquarium. She came over last night, and had dinner with my parents and I, then we went into the basement and watched a movie. I kept telling her "Tonight's a very special night" and she kept asking why, and I told her she'd find out. She had no clue, but it got her all excited. So by the end of the movie, she wanted to feed the fish (she does this every time she comes over) so I said ok start with the 55 (opposite end of the 90 gallon, so the 90 would be last) because they haven't been fed since sunday nad they're real hungry. She said ok, and while she did that I casually lit a few candles and turned on some music, she was getting curious but still didn't know what was going on, so she continued to feed the fish and then got to the 90 gallon and saw it in there, and when she turned around to ask me what that was, I was behind her on my knee ready to propose (minus the ring). Haha, skipping the mushy stuff, she said yes. :-)

i'm 18 lol, I know it's real young but I'm 100% positive it was the right choice with the right person. again, tho, long engagement.. won't get married probably until 21 or 22.

yeah well im a sucker for going above and beyond. I asked her out on valentine's day, had rose petals all over the basement end tables and the desk and then lit like 25 candles in the basement, had slow music playing, and cooked her dinner, we had a little candle lit dinner in my basement lol. Cheesy, but she loved it.
