I have been basically robbed for $761cdn for stereo equipment I have sold on here.. Buddy paid, then paypals says it was a fraud buyer.. Now before I trust them (since they told me they would keep updating me on the situation and havent) I wanna see if anyone has heard of or had any problems with a individual with the info I have... I wanna make sure this guy isn't just trying to get out of having to pay for this.. If this isn't the guy that screwed me, then I guess its going to court when I get the info from paypal with the help of police...

The equipment is 1 JL 350/4 Channel Slash Amp and 2 MTX 8000.... If anyone knows this guys of buys anything like this from a guy, let me know... I shouldn't have trusted this guy from the beginning...

He was selling an ipod on the site.. I paid him for it and he never sent it..

If anyone can help with this that would be great.. I am tired of cheap people on the internet you cant make money working, they need to do it ripping people off.. I dont know how people can feel good about it.... And I hope that one of these days, those con-artist having something coming to hem even bigger..

WOW heeeeeeeee's Baaaaack. Mike Spencer as he calls himself or as MY gaming community knows him is just mikeeh. He is probably the most sononamous theft fraud artists around. Myself and some friends have been hunting him down for quite some time. His life and carreer is based on these scams. He sells scams and buys through scams. He tried to buy my laptop with something along the same lines. He sent an email with ALL the paypal bells and whistles MAN did it look authentic until I dug further. Something along the lines of "You have recieved a payment from "WHOMEVER" in order to collect this money you are required to reply with the tracking code stating the item has been shipped in order for paypal to release these funds". Sound about right?

He has also hit IRC and scammed like a beast, he has netted over 250 000 in the last 2 years. Ill bet if you have the site admins check his ip its traceable back to a LAN cafe.

Either way its the same guy ill gaurantee it. If ANYTHING ive said has hit home and beared some relation to your situation email me at chaz.ray@gmail.com im currently working with phonebusters the RCMP and the OPP to track him down. All information in regards to your situation would help HUGE.
