What kind of tint laws are in place where you live? They're pretty insane where I live - you may as well not have tint at all, and if you are caught driving with tint that is too dark, the cops provide a razor for you on the spot and make you peel it all off.

Wow that`s pretty drastic. I`m not sure what our laws are but I have seen some pretty dark windows on cars. My friends son got a ticket the other day for his tinted windows. I have a brother in law that`s a cop so I`ll ask him what the law says here.

I'm not sure what tint laws are in effect, but I'm not sure we have many, if any at all. There are tinted vehicles all over the place, and I've never heard any complaints or talk about it on the news.

They only just started enforcing them a year or two ago over here; apparently, police officers were having trouble seeing inside the vehicles to decide if they were safe to approach.
