And yes it matters if the admins have car(s) or not. Why be the admin of a street racing forum if you don't drive?
Supraforums, every admin owns a SUPRA. Same thing most likely applies for honda forums, VW forums ect. Does it make sense to have a model T-Ford owner/enthusiast be the admin for a Honda civic Forum?? Do you understand??

Either way... Take a look @ what happend to this site... Google AD's everywhere... etc, etc... The site sponsors are all the same, I even have the feeling that they're just running the banner ad's without getting paid.
The newest post in the "TSR section" of the forum is a kill story.
why not just change the name to GTASR again

Did you think an Admin and Mod change over would just run smoothly and happen overnight? LOL
Funny how the day after Admin leaves ppl like u start ripping up how bad it is and that the Admin arent doing a thing. Well guess what: change takes time.

He as the admin should make the site go in the direction that he wants, not buy a site, then change around, and THEN ask: "Umm, what do the people want?"
Ya ok Sounds like the new/old/current admins are missing the point of running a web forum.
Guess that's what happens when you take over an existing project without a clue in the world.

TSR was sold because it was time to move in a new direction; www..
So far so good, getting alot of new input from the new moderators. Some were invited back to resume their duties, some opted not to due to priorities.
Site didnt transfer over night, it transfered over in a course of a month. Mark and I made it so easy for them (andy & cory), yet somehow things just went all wrong. Both Mark and I never knew about the name change till it was too late in the game. AS i had said then, and i say now, It is the smartest thing to do if you want to make profit. That is what i said to Cory on the phone and still believe, with a name like TorontoStreetRacing its hard to get sponsors who want to be associated with the scene.
Ive been to etobicoke enough times. I see no reason to go there when i live around the corner from 403 and dundas. Which, has more cars, more eye candy and racing. And on wednesday nights i'll just goto texas pit if need be.
Why not come out to the west end Cerberus? There is a BK 1 block down where you can crown me
TSR was never about the money. It had been around a long time surviving off no donations and few sponsors. Time, servers, bw etc etc are not free. Any sponsors we got were a help. Again, was time to move on to bigger and better things. will be bigger than TSR ever was and will be. It just takes time. Its only been alive 71 days, has 633 members, 125569 index hits. I dont care who comes or goes, i know where ill be investing all my time and energy.
