wat do u guys think of the OMERS strike proposal

hey all...i work for the durham region culture and rec and even tho we are a small part of this strike initiative it is really a big issue...many people are willing to strike. wat are ur guys thoughts and opinions on this issue...any one else facing strike? do u personally want to...i think it personally sux but then i think about it and dont want a 65 year old fire fighter having a heart attack while carrying me out of a building while im unconscious (if it ever happened which is probably unlikely) not really... wat do u guys think?

if you are in a union you have no idea what the bill is about. you are fed too much propaganda.

fact is, you have no right to leave work unless you booked a vacation day, and i hope everyone that does... loses their job.

FASTER , we need to invent Robots and implement Automatization , the way it should be done . Then all theese idiots would starve to death , and we'll only have people who's goal in life revolves arround evolution , not getting a paycheque to go from month to month from a mediocre job , and constantly wanting more .

Then we'll get no more strikes , fast food will be sanitary , stores will be open 24 / 7 ... i can hardly wait ...

I have no idea bout the strike that you are refering to.. but this idea sounds good on paper.. but nothin else

Less people doing mediocre job.. means less people spending money.. automated service has produced so much goods and services that now majority of the average joe can't afford, cause they're either not working, or broke starve *** as you would make them.. the producer will see less demand so in order to stay out of the red, raise the prices up for goods and service.. then we'll complain having to pay $15 for a loaf of bread, and $15 a litre for gas since everyone will think if you're the minority thats working.. then you can afford this..then for the work stiffs whose willin to tough it out and evolve will have to pay 80% of their wages to taxes to support the government and all those Idiots you called out of work so they can get welfare...

As long as there's humans involved.. you will never get a right and wrong answer.. its always a shade of grey

you are looking at this from a north american perspective ... "consumers" isn't the only method of making the financial world go round ... it's the quick and dirty method which supresses human evolution

Here's what I think, let a garbage man put on a gun belt and a vest, drop his *** alone in the middle of Regent Park and tell him to go rustle up some drug dealers and see how he feels. How can you compare the jobs of a COP and a garbage man and say they should have equal pension plans and retirement ages? When's the last time a garbage man got shot on the job.....never? F### them a$$holes

most cops hand out speeding tickets don't chase after criminals ... and that's a fact , toronto's crime rate is getting worse and worse meanwhile there are no more modified cars and people drive slower .

but yea I agree , in the end i'm AMAZED at how much garbage cleaners get here . Back home , garbage collectors were almost homeless in fact the jobs were given to some homeless people to help them out

but this once again proves my point that in canada the society and laws are built arround protecting and helping the dumb ... because we take care of our own

Fact - In Toronto, traffic enforcement consumes only about 7% of the TPS annual budget. The majority of that budget goes to major crime investigation. The numbers are published and publically available. You can go look them up if you want, but I'm sure it wil do nothing to improve your mind.

Ok, you're dumb (shown by your own words) and the laws protect you. Otherwise you would likely be long dead by now and not posting here.
