What Kind Of Street Racer are you ??.
What kind of racer are you ??. We all read about the tragic accident,s . People getting killed and run over .
Cops , crack downs , upstanding govt officials protecting the innocent from public enemy,s.
I figure theres are some different kindsa racers .
Key board racers , guys on sites , talk / type like they probably dont own a car . Attitudes that would get them the wrong address to a meet everytime.
Actual racers , maybe catch a meet and drags a coupla times a year .
Pro guys , there every meet night/weekend .
Drag guys that dont street race , profess streeters to be idiots.
So , if these are all racers , from the postings on here.
Who out there is doing all the crazy sh%t. Killing people, racing in school zones . And all that other sh&t.??. And why??.
I figure if you were a street racer or just an attendee , you,d tell anybody that acted like that to f...off and get the f...away from you .
I,ve never seen race accident worse then a blown tire and the car run down into the ditch .
The last time I got caught racing and had a licence suspension for 28 days , was in 86 . Since then I keep the exhaust fairly quiet and keep the speeds down in town . No problems . Some near misses , but No tickets . Go to a coupla local and some times gta meets . Drags any where from 0 to 5 times a year.
Maybe it just pisses me off that these teen yearolds to twenty somethings are Fu$%ing with my hobby .
Guys come up beside me and do the engine rev , idiots that just got theyre licence , driving stock 4 drs with fart cans . I just smile and say no thanks .
Same thing for modded cars . ..77.

C'mon man theres really nothin wrong with a four door with a fart can... lol, my sedan has a fart can... we cant really race where i live cuz for the most part all the cars around here are pretty slow, we got NBPD, OPP, MP, reservation police, and i believe RCMP in a town with 53000 ppl. but in my opinion keep the racing on the track,its a hell of alot safer. i would love to race on a circuit style track (mosport, etc) but they are like 4-6 hours away from where i live.

Track days is where it's at, why goof around on the street, by the time the road is prepped so you can launch decent the cops are all over it.
Things were different back before all the BS happened, back then we actually had a high regard for public safety. if you wanted to watch you were well behind the cars. and it was always early morning, on a back road with no traffic.
Now like I said, it's all at the track. I own a home and have kids, I can't afford to get pinched racing.

Used to race, basically every weekend on the reservation, but when I started driving a truck for a living, well, that put an end to that. That and meeting my now ex wife, and moving to this ****in god foresaken hole in the earth that is Kitchener. Since moving here, I've raced once on the street, and haven't been to the track much at all. It sucks, I gave up all my friends, racing and everything, came to this hole, and now I'm starting all over again. I'm so tempted to quit, pack up and move back to Sarnia.
