What makes HP?
Thats my question, What Makes up 1 Horse Power? I am sure theres others out there that are unsure as well.
I know anywhere above 225hp your doing okay.. |
1 hp = 33,000 ft·pound-force·min−1 = exactly 745.69987158227022 W
The easiest way I can think to put it is 33,000 foot-pounds per minute It's a measure of force over time basicly. It term and rating for HP was invented by James Watt. |
i learned all about this in physics class
So, What im getting is that 330lbs being moved 100ft in a minute in one HP. and that is equal to 745.699 Watts?
We did stuff about this in my high school physics class. But that was 7 years ago and all I can remember is I have 2 horsepower, we calculated it by timing a run up some stairs and plugging in how much we weighed into some equation.
SWEET never took physics
LOL :stupid:
this sounds confusing haha.
hmmm we have smart ones in here lol
10 horsepower = 2 vinyl stickers.
So 1 HP must equal .2 vinyl stickers. |
lol.. you always make things so easy for us tork!
wtf. i just noticed mr floppy. whered that come from?
