Waking up to this:
ATTENTION KADENA PERSONNEL,
DUE TO A WATER LINE BREAK THERE WILL BE AN EMERGENCY WATER OUTAGE TODAY, 26 MAR 05, STARTING AT 0600HRS FOR ALL OF KADENA AB. ESTIMATED COMPLETION TIME IS 1800HRS.
ONCE THE WATER LINE IS REPAIRED THE WATER SUPPLY SHOULD BE CONSIDERED NON-POTABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
A LIMITED AMOUNT OF DRINKING WATER WILL AT AVAILABLE AT THE THREE CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS VIA WATER BUFFALOS. PLEASE CALL CE CUSTOMER SERVICE AT 634-2424 IF YOU HAVE ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS.

the stupid pliticians in Al that want the registration from the person selling a car to title it in another name or fine me, the same people who decided a car turning left has right of way over a car turning right at any intersection

the car to the right has the right of way. personally, that makes things easy for me because almost everywhere i go, i have to make a left turn out of my neighborhood so i dont have to deal with that and then coming home i'm on the right so i have the right of way =)
