Where do you get your money?!

I work on and off at Meridian Advertising. The company officially closed on the 8th, but we've had a skeleton crew working there still. There's four employees left, including myself. The manager is transfering to the Chicago sister-company, Ambrosi. The other two work from home, and are I guess working from home until the end of the year. Then there's me, I'm just going through and throwing stuff out and seeing what people want and then trashing it or boxing it up and preparing it for the trucks to come and ship everything out. I made $10 an hour, and during the summer I had a better position in the company, Merchandise Coordinator at the Photo Studio. Basically I was in charge of every single peice of merchandise in our warehouse that went to the photographers in the other part of the building. It was a great job. During the summer I was working some 60 hours a week, and the checks were bi-weekly, so that's how I financed all that I did from April to August. I'm in the final stage of clearing the building out, then it's time to move on. But, the best part, will be getting my severance check, which will be financing a lot of my interior plans.

Right now im a welder at the main Headquarters of Club Car Inc. Check us out www.clubcar.com
I live in the f*cking suburbs in a nice house with two other roommates. I work 5am - 3:30 Mon - Fri and on saturdays 5am to either 10am or 12.
Thats about 60 hours a week. I only have 3 bills; cell phone, Car insurance, and rent. Although with college work and being a to the ladies my camaro right now Is just to get me from point A to B. Im not modding anymore til' I get a newer model Camaro (97+).
Im thinking of quiting clubcar and travel with my dad doing some welding at plant shutdowns making about $17-20 an hour. That also means it will be a 7day a week job....
Sheesh, the things we put ourselves through for money. Its like I always say "Money is the root of all that kills"
If I take that job with my dad then getting a new camaro will be a sure QUICK thing. I also have this idea of starting a nightclub, but thats far in the future.
My **** Pad.

Well I do H.V.A.C testing and balancing of large commercial buildings and hospitals. I belong to Local 73 sheet metal workers union. I am a supervisor for 26 guys in the field. I also have my mechanical design engineering license. I am going in March to get another certification that will increase my pay another $10.00 per hour. I have been in this field for 14 years and make $110,000 per year plus overtime. So for those that would like to get into the trades, it can be a great career. My wife gets to stay home and my 4 kids have a good life. So all is good in our little world.

Im a Fire Fighter and have alot of time off, (24 on, 48 off) and some of the guys run side businesses where I help out when the need arises, ie; pour concrete, build houses, roof houses, etc... I used to paint houses and now I fix computers. My kids are all growd up, although my son still thinks Im a bank. Im pretty much to the point now where I have to start breaking stuff in order to replace it with performance stuff, like my clutch.
I have a cam waiting for spring to install and if I dont blow my rearend out next year Ill set aside for heads, and try to break the rearend the following year.
