Guess who's going to NOT win the elections next time. First he drops the ball and all this happens with New Orleans during the Huricane and he blames it on the federal government, then he made a comment about "New Orleans being overrun by Mexican workers" then he makes the comment about God hating "black america" and now this chocolate city.
