This whole Terri Schiavo thing pisses me off.
 

It is just pathetic how the only way they know of killing her is to remove the feeding tube. If you must kill her then use a lethal injection method or a bullet if you must. But to sit there and let her starve to death? They have no idea whether or not she can still feel hunger so she can be sitting there for over 2 weeks wondering why are they letting her starve or wondering why no one will feed her. To die of starvation has to be one of the cruelest forms of death. If you let a dog with brain damage starve to death the animal lovers would go nuts yet it is ok to let a human stave for over 2 weeks? :mad:

I thought it was messed up that they let her husband make the descision. In my eyes, that should have been up to the parents, who by the way disagreed with pulling her tube.

exactly. the husband is doing it because he gets insurance, he doesn't give a ****. it should be the parents' decision, not the husband's.

I think it should be doctors first, is it going to give her a better life, if not put then kill her quickly (if she's suffering) we have an issue in this country of wanting to keep everyone alive no matter what sometimes it's better to die

I know that was mentioned, one thing I don't get though is how is a feeding tube really artificial means, I know of many people who have feeding tubes and can actually go places (my parents work at a mental hospital and have alot of geriatric patients who can't swallow anymore)

My mom use to be a hospise(sp) nurse so I know sometimes they would be happier if they would be allowed to sleep.

Thats all happening like 5 mins from my house. I think if the parents want to take care of her they should be able to the husband can go off with the other woman he has been living with and has kids with.

There are cops all over the place and I am an explorer with the police department that is watching over all this and at last weeks meeting they were like if we see you up their you will be suspended from this post yada yada yada!!! I thinking my head What if I wanted to go protest not that I do but I think it is my right to go up their if I wanted which is why I will not be a cop!! they really piss me off now
