I've got court tomorrow for 65 in a 35.

If you didnt hear why, I was passing another vehicle.

Anyway, long story short, I took the defensive driving course, and hopefully giving that to the DA will let me plead it down to unsafe movment. I dont care about a fine, I just dont want my insurance to go up.

I got out of it. I did have to wait in line for court for 4 hours, but I got it knocked down to improper equipment. So I had to pay a $300 fine, but thats fine. Just as long as I dont get insurance points lol.
