Sounds like a nice job, congrats.
I Dont get weekends, holidays, birthdays or any kind of important days off. I sometimes work over 24 hours straight. I get called in and have to be there at a monents notice. I have one of the only jobs in the us army where my life is on the line each day at work reguarless of where Im stationed. But I love it I Have the best job and the people I work with are like family.

I've worked over 24 hours straight myself. Of course I didn't do it all the time but I've definitly done it.

Sounds like you got a pretty sweet deal.
I am quitting my job on 08/24 and going back to school full time. Like you, my wife and I will be living off of her paychecks....this will severely limit any mod money though.
