Whats so bad about it?
The cops already know everything that goes on anyways, nothing new to them.

It shows that they have no concern for the actions of the police? i.e. Wait for them to move or go to another spot? Thats what people will take from it
The vast majority of people don't make any distinction between the types of 'street racers' out there.
Nothing is going to change that, just have to learn to live with it.
