thanks guys. I get paid tomorrow from work, and then she said she's going to give me the other $500 tomorrow, so I should have just enough to buy them... total hopefully won't be more than the $830 buy-it-now price and then $160 S&H.

I'm excited!

Is that with tires? Cause I hope so for that price.

Si Si, I wouldn't be buying just the rims when what I actually *NEED* are tires.

But, I might not be getting them as soon as I thought. My car really is fighting me on this, it seems.

I was driving around yesterday and there were no problems, then later that evening when I was driving I heard a whining noise like sirens over my radio, so I was like "**** where's the cops" sort of thing, so I turn the radio down just in case (**** sound laws) and find out the whine is coming from the engine. I think it's my tranny, I kinda felt like my clutch was slipping every now and then when I would take off from a complete stop, and now when it goes into second and third, there's a distinct whine coming from the engine. Well I came home, checked the tranny fluid and I was almost empty even tho the car was hot, so I drove the porsche over to walmart and bought some tranny fluid and put it in and last night it SEEMED to be getting better, but then today it wasn't. Anyway, this is gonna be copied and pasted into a thread in general tech. I swear it seems like my Camaro doesn't want me to be able to afford the rims.

Why don't you just put 97-99 Corvette rims on your car?

'Cause it's not the rims I need, I need new tires because I got one inch buldges in both passenger side tires from hitting a pot hole, it was just a good excuse to get the rims and tires at the same time.

nonetheless, you should still put wagon wheels on your Maro... People will mistake it as a Vette and a grand time will be had by all
