Are you asking if you can replace an SRT4 front end(hood, bumper, front fascia) with 2000 Neon parts?

If so, sure, but why would you do that? If you replace SRT4 parts with a Neon's you'll not have the hood scoop, which feeds air to the Turbo, and as well the SRT4 front end has better air flow control(creates better down force).
