Dude I never said anything to you or about any Mazda. Ricernoob I never said RSX's were crap I distinctly said the ones you posted looked like rice, I do not know much about them, I just wanted to see specs so why be an ? Honestly. Dude, just relax...theres probably only about 4 people on this site that like j-body's....the problem is not the cars, but the owners, while civics and other sport compacts are riced out all over the place, there are nicely done up ones out there and you WILL see some really fast ones....J-Body's on the other hand...ive seen 2 in my entire life that i would even remotely call fast.....1 was in woodbridge about 3 years ago, it was a white 3rd gen, lowered, rims but very tastefully styled, saw it lay the smack down on an S2K...

The only other one ive seen is a red one running nitrous (not NOS) at Cayuga, he was doing consistant 13.7's.....

ive heard of other guys running deep into the 12's and sum high 11 second cars on one of the jbody boards....and believe u me it IS possible....however, the typical jbody owner, KNOWING there car, stock for stock anyways, is faster than Civic Si's and on par with SiR's they dont seem to wanna do any performance mods....

here, u want to make your j-body fast???

Grab yourself a 99 Z24/GT 5-speed....that way its got a GetRag and not the treaded Isuzu tranny...Grab the complete top end off a 2.3L Quad 4 H.O., that includes Head, Cams, Intake Manifold, Throttle body, fuel rail, injectors, etc.....try to get the top end off say a W41 car, the cams are nicer...

Pull ur 2.4L TC top end off, directly bolt on all 2.3L Parts in place....

there u go...now uve got just over 200WHP in a 2600lb car....and its N/A....

Wanna go even faster??? put a set of forged lower compression pistons and a set of forged rods in the bottom end and turbo that sucker......

Why dont more people do this to there J's??? Cuz there not knowledgable...There more "in tuch" with CAI, Bodykits, Lighting and Systems than performance...

I will, one day build my own 2.4/2.3 Turbo hybrid, and it will be in a 2nd gen Z24.....

I agree with you 100% and its true not a lot of people are knowledgable an jbodies. 2nd gens are nice. I own a 1st gen and I am trying for a 3rd...... after college.

If You want two Cars that will win you most of the first races.. First Save up for a CRX... Spoon it up and race a couple.. Sell it and buy the a DC5.. Spoon it up again with a full turbo and sum Hard Slicks and you will have a EXCELLENT JDM DC5. Or you can just buy the Spoon DC5,both are good but the stock DC5 is better. Or buy a 95' Hatch. i had ne And i was outrunning Vipers on the Nurburgring with the right gear ratios and downforce. Those cars are the best to start off with and you only have to go to the 2nd used dealership.

Sorry I don't like spooning things, thats dirty...lol. Actually I do not like Hondas never have never will. I like jbodies, because it is actually a challenge to make them repectable and you can't buy parts for them at Wal-Mart. How much does "spooning" a CRX cost? How musch hp? Quartermile times? Just curious. Later.

Sorry but the best car to get when u first start is the HPA R32...

Since they screwed up when making the game, it only costs you $32G's (it's cheaper then a stock R32) and u get a car with 500 HP and AWD. With $110k u have when u import u'r GT3 data the HPA with some mods will let u win more then enough races (including rallys) to get u some nice cars and lots of money.

This is one reason why I prefer Forza for XBOX, the cars don't sound like god damn hairdryers. Sony claims all sounds are recorded from actual cars, what a load of BS.
