No, you can't mod any cars, but there are alot of cars to choose from. I got to drive the Audi R10 Lemans car last night!
I can hold my own with drift cars and somewhat with the formula cars. Go figure - one has great handling and the other has none.lol
Also found a smash up derby race!

The graphics are really good. Damage is cool, and shitty at the same time. If you mess up the steering in the car, it will pull to that side. It really messes with you. I've managed to roll a few times too!

nice, its like forza in a way, you smash up the side of the car and itll steer like crap. im gonna pick up a copy at some point. i was hesitant when i got my ps3 and went game shopping. ened up getting medal of honor airbourne. which was cool for about 10 minutes and then i got tired of the long *** levels and annoyed with the game, so i traded it in for kane and lynch. games pretty good, a little disturbing at times but goo and vey hard. currently stuck on a level and i havent touched it in a couple weeks. but i think im gonna get a copy of grid and give it a shot. im also leaning towards picking up the gran tourimo demo thing but 40 bucks is alot to pay for half a game.

picke up a copy of grid yesterday. i enjoy it. i find that you need to drive a little smashy to get through the pack but for the most part eveythings good. placing first in almost every race. some cars are a handful to control. and im still trying to get the drifing sorted out but i seem to score the out of those events so it doesnt matter how slow i go, lol
