you have to catch a '54 300sl with a 123 second head start on nuburgring with a slr mclaren. I've gotten within 10 sec.

The mission is a real bitch. I've done all but three of the missions, but the other ones are 3 laps of various tracks, and they are pretty easy.

i tried this at a buddies and its impossible well seems like it i got really close and was right at his bumper and ended up about 2 seconds off made me mad hahaha

its that mission and the skyline missions that's ALWAYS pissing me off, no matter how much drafting i do i still cant get close (up to about 2 seconds) in the skyline one...

SLR i gave up after 3 tries, because just takes too long to wait for myself to start

I found the Skyline mission actually fairly easy. The trick with it is, to hold each gear. The car shifts WAAAAAAAY to early. If you hold each gear, to just before the limiter, you can catch the back cars, and draft them. Once you catch them, do a fly by, and then get right in front of them, so they draft, and catch you. Then, drive with your reaview, and cut them off when they get a run on you. This will boost you by about 10 MPH, and they will quickly catch you. Just keep doing that. Then at the last corner, get a bump, just before the corner, and go way down to the very inside of the track. They will stay high, and drop back, and bingo, DONE.

damnnnnn, its so hard, i tried it once, and i was like 25 sec back, so i was like its gona be really hard to catch up to them if i try again, so im like forget it.
