not really, it all depends on revenue that one can prove the forum makes, the amount of users and the way the site is developed.

As a seller you have to think long term. If youre making already decent money why sell It never makes sense to sell something if youre profiting. If theyre selling for 100g's, i imagine theyre making atleast 20K a year out of it....

you are a wize man... and speak of truth... when owning a good user size amount of a forum, usualy you tend to addvertise if your looking to make profit, the more people you have, going to those sites, the more money you make;

now say some one offers you 100,000 dollars for your site/forum etc. would you not take that money?... I would, and would make another site/forum, or just a **** site, make mad money of that ...

Well, the site may be generating revenue, and if it is, agian, why sell? If i was making 25K+ a year, and someone offered me 100K, theres a good chance id say no.
Now, if i were to buy a site, i would ask for invoices for advertising. No invoices = doesnt mean .
