i have a dell latitude laptop that i want to sell and it is pentium4 1.2 ghz with 256 mb of ram and a 40 gig hard drive. the only problem is there is no cd drive, only floppy, however i installed windows xp along with some other programs on it. How much can i expect to get for this laptop? let me know your opinions. thanks in advance.

for that setup... depending on the upgradability... it can range from 6-900

WEll, i have a compaq, 1400 mhz, 40 gig, 1.2 gigz of ram, cdrw / dvd rom .. id be happy to get $700 for it..

No cd rom in a laptop seems useless.

Is the xp legit and come with it? What happened to the cd rom

799.99 u can get a 1.8ghz 512ram and 60hd with 128mb gfx card and cd/dvd-r at futureshop/bestbuy. (compaq)
5-600.. ur getting a 1-1.2ghz with 256 and 40 gig with cd-rom
