well as mentioned in my other post i had problems with fuses on my 2000 neon, more namely the "interior lamp" fuse was blown which resulted in no lights / stereo workin so i cnaged it and checked and everything worked
of course i checked without starting the engine

but when i did start it it just didn't
so i turn the ignition and i hear a slight sound but the started doesn't engage and so nothing happens
all the lights light up on the cluster as they would....

ive checked all fuses but will do again
i believe itmight be the starter relay....

what should it try?

hey guys i fixed it it was a stupid ignition kill switch that was installed by previous owner i ripped that out and now it works

ye thats the funny part
so the neon has the factory alarm and also had this gay POS box under dash with phone jack and flashin green light
also a keypad came with the car but i never needed to use itt until i reset computer....then the bitch grounded my ignition circuit not allowin my car to start
had my buddy rip that out in 5 mins she was runnin fine again
