yes, yes they do. but crown vics are very outdated now too... cops were buying intrepids, and i guess chargers are next.

what rear wheel drive program did they cancell?

Thats not true. There's the GT and that shelby daytona remake thing. The GT is obviously more expensive so not a direct competitor, but the shelby might be priced right.


But Vette vs Viper, i dont know man.. Viper is hot. :thumbsup
The viper has the looks. Otherwise it just doesnt make sense to buy one. Why buy a viper when you can get an SL?

Oh come on. Next year the Shelby Cobra will be out. The only Vette that will have a chance against that will be the new Z06 with the LS7, but the Z06 is a supercar and in a class of it's own. It will compete with the GT40. Ford actually has it all covered.
The Shelby Cobra will retail in the low 50's Canadian according to a Ford salesperson I spoke to. Can't beat a 500 hp car for that money, and yes, they've made refinements to the suspension and overall car itself.

the problem with the cobra is, there's a dirt cheap 6 cylinder version available that looks just like the expensive one. I think you can even get factory skunk stripes.

at least that was the complaint with the previous GT

the Viper is where its at... who cares about interior... you should only be looking at the window and osscaisionally at the tach.


and im pretty sure when you see a Viper parked you not like... wow, the hood doesnt fit, and what a shitty interior.. Your like wow, whos that lucky SOB that drives that awsome, nice looking fast car

no, when I see an SL600 i say wow, the lucky SOB has a nice car
when I see a viper I say wow, the hood doesnt fit, poor SOB has a small pecker
