You will get a ticket for no smog pump..Cops love mustangs with no smog pump..You mite as well drive with no cats.I know it will still pass the E test with out it but tell the cop that.The ticket is big money and they will get the car towed..This summer will be hard on modified cars..

question to others that have deleted air and a/c pumps, did anyone else drill a new hole for the dowel pin on the belt tensioner? i did and a few other stang owners i know did too. in the stock location it had too much tension and stretched the belt till it touched itself. granted we routed the belt in the stock manner not like shown in the pic above and that might be the reason.

Yup, i agree, Its not worth it. Run the smog pump, run cats. Theres no excuses anymore. You can make amazing power with these items on and for what the ticket costs, its clearly not worth it.
