That's what I'd be looking at spending but obviously depending on the condition the car is in you could be looking at well over $6k
But good luck, and if it doesn't work out, steal it, and I'll buy it from you for about 200 bucks

Depending on condition and mods a car like that would probably net between $1500-3000. For some reason people don't like to spend as much on Four Eyed Stangs as 87-93 Stangs, and they just arent worth much when you start converting them with the newer front ends and whatnot. Most people dont even do the conversion properly, they either forget to change all the mouldings or they leave the louvered quarter windows in, leave the complete 85-86 interior in and it just doesn't look right to me. Obviously, I prefer to keep a Stang looking like its supposed to unless you're doing something totally different (ie 82GT nose on a convertible or something).
I dont see the car being worth too much, especially since the 86 motor sucks *** anyway. Again, condition makes a huge difference and mods play a small part.

yeah the quarter windows are still in, and i would definately keep the old front, but mechanically the car is great and has the 91' (i think ) motor, and the condition of the car is imaculate
