Circle Track

We are racing a late 80's Fox Body Mustang on a 3/8 th mile asphalt circle track. Looking for advise on Front and Rear Suspension. What type of front sway bar parts to make minor adjustments, control arm bushings, control arms, and may add a panhard bar? I have read about the polyurethane bushings creating better handling. There are also some spherical bearings that can be installed in the rear control arms. I assume these are the ones that are mounted on the axle. Any advise to turn left will be appreciated.
