Help !!!!!!

I've created a monster 1990 Lincoln Mark vii 306 ci 8.0:1 70mm hair dryer making 20 psi of boost 4 postion sct chip 4 good tunes. Now this gets interesting!!! This system operates standalone, meaning stock 19 psi injectors in the lower 60 psi in the upper I'm using an e- mangler (blue) to manage fuel to the upper injectors only in boost yes this is boost sensitive no boost no extra fuel!!! My problem is this......... The fella who tuned this, and it wasn't a bad tune has gone mia.My a/f shows its pig rich 2000 to 3500 rpm and a little lean on the top,so to make a long story short i was forced to buy the program for ole' blue and have hit a wall, one needs to have a working knowledge of these programs!!!!!!!!! I cannot figure out how to tweak it some, can someone enlighten me??????????????????

Where are you located. I know of one shop that is fairly experienced in multi tuning platforms that could assist you.
