how can i remove

my car have alot of voices and bad voiceing when its between the speed of 0-30 kmph.

let me know how to solve this problem

genrally you will always get some resonance with an aftermarket exhaust, but you can try putting on the stock resonator back on if possible, should help out the problem.

Voiceing? Unless you're driving KITT from Knight Rider your car should not have any voices.

LOL.. voices

Get your car checked. If the voices are still there, time to get something else looked at.

My 93 used to be bad with gutted cats and 2 chambers at 3000 RPM, resonance was sickening.

Are you talking about exhaust drone, I know flowmasters
can be bad for that.
