Very simple solution: buy a new GT500, slam extra 20-30 G in mods and you got healthy 700 wheel hp, handling no worse than GT, comfy ride.

They god veeeeery simular engines, both supercharged already, sooo moderate mds and 20-30 G's will do the trick.

And it will be relaible.

there is still a big difference bettwen both cars
the gt 40 come with an all aluminium block and a different blower on it
ford sells that engine alone 30thousand dollard us
plus i doult my father would build another mustand we already have a cobra race car project
it just dosnt cut it the iron based 5.4 is just plane too heavy
look wise their is a huge difference the fun part aboult the gt is its mid engine rear weel drive configuration that and the fact the gt was built with a chassie able too reatch 200+mph
i would not want to be in a 5.4 cobra at that speed that would be just plane retarded
and i doult the car would take it that thing weight close to 4000 pounds

the new cobra is way overated
they should have sticked to aluminium base engine
that is a big mistake ford mad in 99
