Thumbs up MSD Ignitions - great company
Well, my BTM died on me and i called up MSD. Totally professional on the phone, got an RMA and shipped it back and am waiting for it to return.

Even though its costing a few bucks to repair, it's better than paying for a complete new one.

Great company! :thumbsup:

i agree, customer service is 100% where its at. I find people are more forgiving if you do your best to make right.

They have billed my CC, its on its way back.

I haven't driven the mustang since the 17th of June

UPS dropped it off today!

$22.62 later for shipping and it was all mine again. $110 CA to fix it.

Seems a capacitor blew on the board.
