vacuum

i'm having a problem with vacuum i can't firgue this out if i let a vacuum line to suck air the car runs fine as soon as i plug it in or cap it it wants to stall i'm not sure if it's a maf not letting the right amount of air in the motor.i replaced the iac with no change also if i unplug the maf there is no change ion the way it runs i bought a new maf but it did not come with the electronics could that be the reason any help would be great.

You'll have to give it a little longer than 15 minutes to get an answer buddy.
It's hard to say without seeing it myself, but from the sounds of it I would reinstall a factory stock mass air sensor and go from there.
You're not being very specific here, which vacuum line did you disconnect, why did you change the maf, what kind of maf did you install, if it's a C+L which sample tube did it come with, did the car run fine before, etc etc etc

it don'tr matter which vacuum line i unhook as long as there is one .it's a c&l for 30 pound inj.I have a trickflow street intake,afr165 heads,75mm tb xe266hr cam,1.6 rockers ,bbk fuel pressure reg,hooker headers and some other bolt ons.these forum are new to me just trying to get my problem out.thanks

Are you running 30lb injectors or stock injectors? From the sound of it, the car runs rich until you unplug a vacuum line which allows unmetered air into the engine to lean it out. Sounds like a MAF problem. Try a different MAF sensor calibrated for your injector size. Those C+L maf's are very finicky at best.
