pulsing daytime running lights

Hello everyone. I have a 2000 stang and the running lights pulsate. Does anyone have any ideas why this could be happening? I apreciat any help I can get. Thanks.

imported_admin_old should buy a rope to hang!
Check your bat. connections. Check your alternator.

Is your foot on the brake when there is pulsating or sound system on ?

Do the lights pulsate at night as well when idle ?
