Curious how many mustang owners on this site..
Year and model you have?
Mine,
95 Vert last of the 5.0 ..
came auto, but converted it to 5 spd myself last year .. Center force dual friction clutch...

Well.. My first car was a 94 5.0.. it was auto too.... didn't bother in changing it to stick. I just posted this to say hats off to you for putting in that much work. Many people would have sold their car and bought something else(like me...LOL).
Do you go to the GTAMC meets they have??? My friend has been bugging me to go but I probably wouldn't be that welcome... LOL

It's a Car meet, i'd think anyone interested in, or owning a mustang would be more then welcome!
Yeah I have been to a few, none this year as the car hasn't come out of storage.
I've kept it in there since i sold the house, moved to a crappy apartment and don't trust the neighbourhood ..
Plus i've kept it out of rain, snow etc.. only came out of the garage on good sunny days..
Bought a new house though, so moving the car in Oct... but won't bother bring it out this year, focus this year has been solely on my business
I have done more then just the tranny swap, but mostly at this point is cosmetic, just catback exhaust, suspension, tranny, and other things to keep it running well..

1987 Mustang GT Cobra its only got the stock engine but I figure with all of the weight savings in lost body material due to rust I have shaved a few tenths off my quarter. I love '87 tails

I have a 1985 GT Cobra original paint no rust, with a 306/crane 1.7's j302's, custom grind cam built bottom end victor junior intake holley 720, full Hotchkis suspension Wild Wood 4 wheel disc brakes 17inch OZ wheels and the list goes on
