On the dyno it pulled 687hp just motor, but can take upto a 500 shot of nitrous, just on the motor with a nitrous converter it went 9.68 at 144 mph with a slow 60' time 1.41 with a na convertor it should be able to pull off a9.30 run. At the end on the season i tried a 250 shot and couldn't keep the front wheels down, but i still pulled off a 9.14 at 140mph. I changed the stock style suspention to a ladder bar and put strange adjustable front struts. i should be able to run mid 8's with a 250 shot.

Paul built the motor for PSP. I picked the parts using his advise, but i plan on selling the top end of the motor next winter, so if you know of any takers. Plus its only sitting at 12.5:1 comperession. at 16:1 and alumi rods should make over 750hp. The reason for less compression and steel rods is cus i did plan on the driving in the streets. But didn't want the police to take my car away with all the new laws.

Him and Jonny put my motor together as well when my friend had it built
then I got it from him Not as complicated as yours [stock bottom end for now]
but I have some boost to make up for it. It makes 547 to the wheels at 13lbs.
After I get my C4 with a brake this year Im gonna do a high reving dart
block with a turbo

Not bad, I love turbo myself, just hate all the plumming that goes with it. Other then that I do want to play with a big turbo combo. Make some crazy power up in the 1500-1700hp range. But if you do get a new bottom end make sure and get a 351 block don't waste your time with the 302 just alot easier to make power with the cubic inch. My motor is sitting at 412ci and I run threw the traps at 8100 rpm

I put down 660 rwhp with my 80mm turbo, but the car wasnt so enjoyable on the street. Ran DFI as my fuel management, gen 6.
Now I'm back to an s-trim and running Big Stuff 3.
I thought about putting an electric water pump on my too many shops said im nuts
My latest purchase and shop project... click...
My next purchase or summer build will be a Bennett motor and a dog box.

Those are some impressive numbers ernie. I got a white 87' myself, storing it in aurora for the winter and just finished swapping the tranny, clutch and oil pan. I'm hoping to have it out sometime in april if it ever stops snowing.

No track time as of yet. Never really built it for that, more of a street cruisers. But this year i would like to get it over to Cayuga.
If i get an 11sec pass out of it ill be happy.

As to the one that says he wants to bring out his 87 in April, good luck. THe way it looks now, we may have snow up till June at this rate.
2tone, I may hit you up for some info in doing a turbo in my stang. I have an 91 white lx trunk. Being sent out to the body shop to get some rust repaired and a colour change. Already have a spool for it, new rear control arms. Still trying to find some info on doing the 5 bolt conversion to it. Not doing to much to it, just want a real nice cruiser.
