Haha, at least it's an easy fix.
Ever since I stopped DD my Camaro I no longer keep any change in it but when I did it was always falling down in the center console. I just didn't have the bad luck you did with it I guess. |
i dont consider it bad luck. at first i thought it was the stop screw that backed out or something, then after it happened more and more i started to fear the internal linkage. this is a relief.

well it's an easy fix sweet
hahaha

lol. i actually have my ash tray in the center console wedge between some other stuff real tightly so my change stays in there and its quiet, otherwise in the stock location under the little flip panel, it rattles like crazy and ya usually falls down there, but Caleb dont you have the big stock rubber boot to go over that not just around the bottom?
its there. the base of the pro 5.0 is huge. the instructions say to do it like that. so its more to seal it from the outside, not so much to seal the top of the shifter.
lol thats funny stuff
wow man thats one f'd up nickel
my big rubber boot goes over the whole shifter, theres a cutout for the stick.w/e. live and learn. no more change shifting

ok well i still have to argue. my buddy has a B&M ripper which looks identical almost as your pro 5.0 and his stops screws just go out the side of the boot.hehe
