Meanwhile those @#$%'s in Venezuela still pay .05 - .10 a litre for gas....AND if you do the conversion from Canadian litres to US Gallons and the Exchange Rate we're getting hosed compared to the US too.

How can you compare? Of course its cheap there, but look how people live (where the oil is refined, not the states)..

We have it ing EASY over here, in Europe, its MUCH higher then we've ever seen..and it's going up there too..

If the consumption of fuel continues to rise as it has in the past (extrapolating) from where we are now, we'll be out of fuel in 20 years. Makes looking into a hybrid a much nicer option.

hybrids.

anything where you have to depend on someone.

They should start coming out with cars that are solar powered, and have quickly regenerative batteries.

Why depend on someone for your fuel needs anymore?

Those oil companies, how much money have they made since the 10s or the 20s? Trillions? Thousands of Trillions? Who knows..

ing useless.

gas is going to hit record highs this summer, and probably new record highs the summer after that. its just going to get worse and worse. i've also herd that we could run out of oil in our life time, and if thats true than we got bigger things to worry about than putting gas in our cars. the world runs on oil.

Oil isn't going to run out.

Some more BS by environmental groups that oil companies picked up on to justify ridiculous prices.

Oh well. Deal with it. Theres no point in getting angry over something you can't control or have no influence over.

You're right the supply is still ok. We aren't in a crisis...yet. and there is still a huge supply that is still untapped. but its just in remote locations.

OK fine forget about Venezuela look at the U.S., they're oil prices are lower than ours and they DON'T have more oil than us. That I can attest to. If you disagree, maybe you should head out to Alberta or Northern Saskatchewan, to the athabaskan tar sands. That's a friggin lake filled with oil and sand.

Hybrids too. Until they come out with a car that pumps out 300hp running on something other than Oil I'd never buy one.

Already happened, there are companies which electric cars and some of them are faster then ferarri. range is too small, (300km) that's the only problem. and they cost alot up to 200K
