Talon's cam with a TD04 stock, so if your looking for more power its not worth it, but I don't know if a subaru TD04 is the same as a mitsubishi (flanges) but chances are they are

WRONG!!!

The only DSM to come with a TD04 compressor housing was on the automatic 1G's that came with 13B turbos. All other 1Gs came a 14b with TD05H compressor housings. And then finally, the 2Gs came with garret T-25 turbos.

To put a subie turbo on a DSM is more $/work then its worth. If your looking for a cheap but effective upgrade for a 97 eclipse, look into getting a 14b from a 1G. But even then, you'll need an "install kit". The turbo will bolt up to the stock manifold but requires a J-pipe to make the IC pipes work.

problem is any factory turbo will be limited to what itll give you for power. theyre all generally really small and dont flow very well and youll end up getting minimal gains for maximum boost. my suggestiong is to source out one from a place that builds them or find a used/rebuilt unit from someone who already has a bigger turbo but is upgrading to something even bigger.
