How the **** did you get those tail lights to fit? The bulge on the back of the tail light by the two inner most lights (brake/reverse) is just to big for the housing. I grinded off the fiberglass part that was blocking it and now they will half *** go on but still the metal part of the trunk is catching it. How do come to getting around this problem? I don't want to punch through or bend the trunk, maybe you happen to find a smaller socket? Weird thing is that one side (right) fits pretty good while the other side doesn't. And this is more of a general question but what are the two small 194 bulbs for on the outer most part of the tail light for (I'm guessing markers)? Mine won't work along with my right turn single (turn single just freezes on).

Okay, well I'll tell you now they were quite a bi*ch to put on. First of all, I modified how the lightbulbs go in by sanding the area inside the circle so that you could turn and click them in a different direction so that the lightbulbs wouldnt be the cause of the tails not fitting. I also had to apply a little pressure when I put them in. I was getting fed up with them so I pushed them in a little, and they fit their way in, just be sure not to crush any wires. Right now I am at the library, so I cant get you any pics, but I will try to take some when I get home at 3 so you can see what I did.

The order of lights from outside in is: marker, turn signal, back-up on top, and taillamp/stop on the bottom.

Like I said, Ill try to get you a pic later when I get home. Any other questions for now? I know they were super frustrating, I had a new hate for imported products after these

Yep that is how it is going here as well, sanding down the bottom of the valance helped them go in, I just need to change the reverse sockets to something smaller.

I talked with Adric to see if he remembered how we got them in, and even though you want to be careful with them, I had to push like hell to get them in. They will fit, rememeber that, you just gotta MAKE them fit. I'm leaving in about an hour, so if you have any other questions, let me know I'll answer them before I go

They are black on the inside. Which means that they have to be clear to see the black.

Most tail lights have to have a clear cover to show any color on them
