belt making the "squeeking sound"

i just changed all the belts of my car, minus the timing belt.at idle, it dosent make a sound. but once i get over 1100 rpm, it makes that loud annoying squeek. what can be the cause?
improper placement of belts?
to tight?
to lose?
help me out guys!

agreed maybe touch a wire brush to the belt with it running and apply dressing(lube) but un likely for a new belt.... good luck I'm sure you will figure it out...
