Update.. I went tonight and checked out my car again (havent seen it in over a week) and it is farther than it is in these pictures.. He said it should have the base coat on by Tuesday.. 
yay But there has been alot of extra work that they didnt know about before and have fixed it.. I cannot wait to get it back!
Well heres some pictures of somewhat what it looks like now.. hehe Dont it look sorta like a police car in some of these with the different color hood and door? lol

3k even... He quoted me before they started all the work and said if he would of know that my car needed that much attention it would of been more.. So I think that 3k for a custom paint job at show quality is really good.. Plus he is switchin over the rotors from teh v6 to it and puttin my new rims on.. So the final pictures of the car will have new rims and everything on.. I wish I had some extra money to get my lowering springs and shocks but I guess those will have to wait..

ive never owned an Fbody that HASNT been in a wreck.lol. my 93 Z had the least amount of damage of them all, but hell you couldnt really tell, and it lowers the price a bit too so mehhh.

I seen a black Camaro at Camaro Super Fest that had that purple on the cowl and some on the side of the car.. Looked killer cus you really couldnt tell it was there..
