body shops and rusted floors

im looking at this car (84 trans am black and gold recaro edition) but it has still water in the rear floors, due to broken passenger window and rainy weather. after further inpection, i found like a role or two in the floors. i know, also that the floors are probably rotted too. i found floor pans online for left and right for $400 (classic industries). my question is how much would a body shop charge to cut the old floors and put the new ones in, if i remove everything else myself except for the floors. Do they weld and seal the floors, or just weld. anyone recommend any shops/ good idea bad idea
thanks

Post some pics of that car if its the 15th anniversary its a keeper for sure. Your best bet is to cut the floors out of another car. Remeber in these things your floors are your frame. This isint the 84 t/a from britania and glen erin is it? Sounds like the exact car I went to look at.
