Bought new DD
Well I finally picked up a new daily driver and it definitly wasn't something I thought I'd end up with but I'm happy with the purchase.
It's a Buick Rainier.
It's the same platform as the Trailblazer/Envoy but the higher end version. It has AWD, heated leather seats, satelite radio, six disc CD changer, moonroof, dual climate controls, etc... The car is incredible quiet while driving around town and will be great for road trips and going through deep snow.
This isn't an actual picture of my car but it's the same model and color.

Yes it has the 4.2 inline six. I thought about getting one with the LS 5.3 engine but decided against it to save on gas since I probably won't do any towing I don't need the extra power.
Yup that's one of the reasons I went with this car. It's so weird to drive something that has such a plush ride around town. I have gotten so use to driving a car with such a rough ride I forgot how nice it was to drive a semiluxry car.

You should have bought a TBSS. Congrats tho, those do look good. If you want some ideas to pimp it out a lil bit, check out www.trailvoy.com They deal with the whole GM 360 platform, everything from the buicks, saabs, isuzus and the chevy and gmc too. Once again congrats.

No, the TBSS comes with the LS2 which would kill me on gas. Plus like I said it's just a DD and I don't tow so the inline six has more than enough power for me. Plus the Buick is made more for luxury which again being a daily driver makes more sense.
