C5 Vs SS
 

I have a friend that has a stock 01 C5 Vette 6spd, He told me any vette will handle any maro even with the mods Im holding right now. I beg to differ I told him I would woop his @ss. I lost to a stock z06 at the drags by about half a car lenght (i blame it on my 3rd gear sychos) and thats a z06. The guy doesnt know **** about his car he thinks just cause he has a stock vette hes unbeatable. HA, cant wait to get my car back from the shop. What do you all think?

Stock C5 isnt that much faster then a stock SS there what 355hp?

depends on your mods. but i think he can def. take you on turns unless you've done some modding to better your handling.

Might be neck and neck, depends on who is the better driver. The Vette is lighter and can breath decent from stock.

man i own a stock 97 c5.... in my opinion i think you got him without a problem... dont worry.... if you ran with a Z06 you shouldnt have a problem beating him

After my buddy bought his C5 and sold me his Camaro, we went out in the "country" to burn some rubber. My Camaro spanked his C5 pretty badly, which is ironic because he had just sold me the car a couple of weeks prior. :D

Well i've beaten 3 C5's with my mods by a couple lengths, so you'd better take him.
