not realy.. just another thing to ad to the list...
insurance companies don want to ad u not realy cause of the mods, but they assume u are adding hte mods for dumb purpose's ie racing in their minds... you removing stock parts and puting on aftermarket parts increases the risk of accidents as the insurance no long has the benefit of knowing ur car is 100% facory safe...

insurance is available, imo talk to a broker - they can do the searching for you...

So how do Z06's, Vipers, and Ferraris get insurance? ALL ins. companies will write those? The car is 100% safe when you provide a SAFETY CERTIFICATE, which is why I recommend it. Two things are taken into account when you apply for a policy: the car itself and driving record, if both are clean most companies should write you but at premium based on the car's appraised value and your driving record.

Nice! Always nice to see a daytona in good shape on the street. I myself wouldent mind a nice iroc R/T saw one a year or so ago waste a integra type R.

so then should I just get a safety certificate, and tell them i want a 91 accord insured, without mentioning the mods? What do you suggest about stuff like stereo equipement that I would want insured? Get the car appraised and have it insured for fire/theft for that amount?

get your car appraised and call kingsway insurance...my buddy did it with his civic and he doesnt pay alot and has a fair amount of mods worth decent coin ($$$$$)...they didnt hassle him once he showed them the legit appraisal. they fully covered him and since your 27 u should have no problems because he is 25. keep this in mind though, he has a clean record with a G licence and driving school certificate.
