Car Insurance New Drivers

My licence is G2. Though I am over 30, I am having difficulty getting a decent quote to insure the car that I am going to buy. Having no record in driving makes many brokers and companies reject right away! I got a quote for aprox $300 a month for a toryota 1994! Anyone knows anyother places to check?
TIA

Wawanesa has been the cheapest for a while now, i found out about them a few years back and ever since have been recommanding them to everybody, Tel (416) 259 - 4625, 1 800 837 - 5360 ask for julia in auto see if she gives you a better quote.
