A vehicle can always be dragged. wat happens when your speeding and u hit the brakes as hard as u can? it just slides. cables attacked to a big enough truck will just drag your tires, braking the brakes or the gears depending on vehicle stuff but ya. its easy with a flat bed, and even turned tires they have things to lift your front tires off the ground to make it go where they want. I'm still trying to keep ppl outta my 95 Blazer.. like wtf ITS A BLAZER!!! god stupid ppl I tell ya.. I love the baby monitor idea though XD
