Aside from the power and handling.....and the old school"ish" look they have, I have to agree. The one thing that I do like about all this, is that it feels like the 60's all over again. And while it might not last for all that long......it's still cool to know that we'll be seeing some wickedly powerful cars come out of this.

BTW,.......Carol Shelby already has so much money, doing an interview and promoting his part in helping build the high performance version of the mustang is IMO just that. Let's not forget that he's the one who built the 427 AC Cobra! I maybe Chevy loyal, but I would love to own one of those bad boys. I'd say there's a lot more truth to what he's saying than there is non-truth.

This doesn't mean I'll ever buy a "Mustake", but I do have to give the man his respect.......he knows more about what's going on than all of us put together. All we know so far is what we read or hear from other people.......and he's one of "The People"!

As much as i laugh at his article, yet the same time its interesting to see how GM will respong. As for Carroll Shelby he gets ALOT of respect from me. He has done SO much in his lifetime more then anyone here will probably do in there life. Hes built awsome cars...won so many races....etc...yall should do a history check on someone before you nit pick him...the car he backs up is sitll around afterall.

I'd actually prefer a high quality kit version with the 427 LS7 backed by the six speed tranny. What could be better? The looks of the classic but the power and reliability of a modern.
