Functional? On THAT car? I'm sure he's not getting much of any gain from it being outside like that than if it was normally placed.

On some cars I'm sure it works good...

That is... until it blows off on the expressway.

he's already got the euro red wipers, that adds like 10HP, and with that hood bra that's gotta be another 5, and that cold air intake **** bizznatch that's like 500HP that car is crankin! And you know that cold air intake increases his torque at the flywheel too!
